Since 1996 purchased and rehabilitated over $4.0 million worth of multifamily property.   Currently own and manage $3.5 million worth of real estate investments.   I have created, funded and closed out 5 successful syndications.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.   I have been employed in various Finance Capacities in the past with Emerson Process Management as a Senior Financial Analyst.   I was a Financial Analyst with the Public Utility Commission of Texas.   I also worked as a Wholesale Credit Analyst with The Associates Commercial Corp.   Lastly I interned with Norwest Financial as a Credit Manager in the consumer finance industry.

 EDUCATION:

Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and his Master of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
